Here’s an update on what has been happening at Carterton Veterinary Surgery in the last month or so.
We have continued to be very busy signing up new clients which has been lovely. It’s always nice to be able to show people round the Surgery so they know where their pet will be looked after. We have had some lovely feedback about what we do, how friendly we are and how much we care. This always puts an extra bounce in our step, so thank you very much!
Pet Health Club memberships are continuing to prove very popular. People appear to appreciate the ability to spread the cost of preventative care, get a large discount and get reminded to ‘do stuff’ on a regular basis. We will continue to do our best to provide you with convenience and affordability in preventative health.
The Family Funday was on Saturday the 5th of July. I woke up on that Saturday to be greeted by an overcast sky and drizzle which then turned into rain. Fabulous I thought…
Luckily it stopped raining around midday and by 2pm, when the Funday started it was hot and sunny! How lucky were we?
We had a great turnout and everyone seemed to be having a great time. There was something for everyone; bouncy castle, Zoo bus, live band, Daisyroots ceramics, practice tour, facepainter, CPl and Blue Cross charity and last but not least the Dog show where we crowned the Champion of Champions after some hotly contested preliminary classes! We had such fun that we have decided to do it all again in the summer of 2015!
We would like to wish you all a great summer and please don’t forget to come to our arthritis talk in August.
