How do I register?
Call in to the surgery to complete a registration form. This will require details of your bank account to set up the direct debit so please remember to bring those details with you. We will be happy to answer any queries you may have and will explain the terms and conditions of the plan to you.
The PHC membership is not pet insurance. The aim of pet insurance is to covers the costs of investigating and treating illness and as such does not include preventative healthcare.
The combination of a PHC membership and pet insurance is the most affordable way to maintain health and treat illness. We would strongly recommend you consider both.
